dylan & priom // august '14

After a couple months of nagging from my good friend Priom, I finally agreed to whip out my flashes and get a couple of body shots done with these two. Definitely has sparked some ideas for another go at them and has really pointed my mistakes out to me. Was a lot of fun though. Till next time guys!

"I did not expect to be me for an entire lifetime" - Don Nace
Spent the entire day testing my Speedlites out. Mucking around with positionion and such - as you do. Came out with this, not too shabby I reckon

sumaiya // trashed

This is one of the most stereotypical locations, but it is really hard to find access to. Train tracks. We almost killed ourselves trying to do this. Psych. We really didn't. Some of the train lines are closed here in Adelaide so we managed to sneak to one on an overcast and pretty cold day. A bit disappointed and the lack of graffiti in the tunnel, but it was okay.

We tried the grunge look. Not sure if it worked, and to be honest we didn't really know what we were doing. But it was fun. And got a few good shots :)

shahbag // february '13

I was lucky enough to be in Bangladesh when the Shahbag Protest started. Although I am going to abstain from voicing my opinions, I must say it is every photographers dream to be able to visit such a politically electric movement. Since I was on a holiday I didn't have the ideal gear on me and I didn't get to spend much quality time there. Nevertheless, here's what I got:
