shahbag // february '13
I was lucky enough to be in Bangladesh when the Shahbag Protest started. Although I am going to abstain from voicing my opinions, I must say it is every photographers dream to be able to visit such a politically electric movement. Since I was on a holiday I didn't have the ideal gear on me and I didn't get to spend much quality time there. Nevertheless, here's what I got:

chacha // february '13
A rickshaw driver I met at the Korail Slums in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Once I showed him this photograph, he flashed me his teeth, all four of them.
This is probably one of my favour photograph's I have ever taken.

OneBillionRising // february 14th 2013
On the 14th of February, people around the world rose up to violence against women through OneBillionRising (OBR). I was a part of OBR Bangladesh this year and took photos of the candle light vigil, which corresponded with the Shahbag Protest's, to remember those who were raped in the 1971 war in Bangladesh.

innes national park // december '12
Family vacation down to the very peaceful and absolutely beautiful Innes National Park. I got to experience kangaroo's and emu's wandering about my backyard and so many different sea views that frankly, I'm off the ocean for a while:
(that's actually a lake, the water was a crazy blue - no colour adjustments here)
On the drive back to Adelaide, we stopped off at the Wattle Point Wind Farm:

alicia + alex // engaged
Followed the newly engaged Alicia and Alex through the Mount Lofty scenic route early today. Aren't they such a adorable couple? Unfortunately the location Alicia wanted was private property and we couldn't sneak in, but we still got some decent shots. A huge thanks to Elisa for all her help with this, couldn't have done it without you.
